Our seasonal dishes are locally sourced and globally inspired—crafted and served by students training to become the next generation of hospitality leaders. The restaurant features a Bar & Lounge, five versatile banqueting rooms, and a full-service fine dining room.
The Role
As a Restaurant Practical Facilitator, you will:
- Guide and coach students in providing exceptional restaurant and bar service.
- Serve as a role model, mentor, and expert in hospitality practices.
- Monitor and ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to develop training strategies and improve educational practices.
- Evaluate daily operations and financial performance to maximize efficiency and drive the restaurant’s fiscal growth
- Oversee daily operations inventory, safety compliance, and customer feedback.
What You Bring
- Strong hospitality background (management experience preferred)
- Bar, wine, and service expertise
- Coaching or training experience, ideally in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English (minimum Cambridge Level B2), Microsoft Office, and openness to learning new tools
- Bachelor’s degree or willingness to obtain one
- Didactic endorsement (or willingness to pursue)

- Depending on your knowledge and experience, the gross monthly salary ranges from €2.918,17 to €4.376,46 (scale 7–8 of the compensation and benefits of NHG) based on a full-time position (1.0 FTE) excluding 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus.
- The contract is initially for the duration of 1 year but may be extended after successful completion of this period.

The operational hours align with the restaurants opening hours – You will work 5 days per week and depending on your shift this will include a weekend rotation as we are 7-day operations. Working hours are from 6:00AM to 11:30 PM. Note that flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate peak periods, special events and public holidays.
