About your workplace
The Safety and Security Management Studies (SSMS)/Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK) program is part of the Faculty of Public Administration, Law, and Safety (BRV) at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. IVK is a four-year bachelor’s degree program preparing students for careers in the broad domain of integrated safety management, focusing on public, (inter)national, and industrial safety issues. The IVK/SSMS team consists of about 50 lecturers, instructors, and career coaches, preparing students for safety-related professional practice in close collaboration with partners from an extensive network of professional organizations.
