About the department
The Education, Research and Quality Assurance unit is part of the HAN Services department. It brings together expertise in multiple areas, in particular in relation to policy. The unit's portfolio is divided into three pillars: Student Guidance Education, Innovation & Research, and Internationalization.
The International Marketing & Recruitment Unit (IMR) belonging to the pillar Internationalization aims to contribute toward reaching the goals set out in HAN's institutional plan, including the performance agreements related to internationalization. It does this by recruiting international students for the international study programs at HAN, marketing and promoting HAN abroad and contributing to internationalization policies. The common goal shared by all IMR staff is to provide effective marketing and external communication, maintain international networks, provide crystal-clear information to all international target groups and advise on international marketing and communication at various levels within the organization. The team consists of 6 people.
We are a close-knit team that goes the extra mile to achieve our goals while having good fun on the way. We inspire and motivate each other as well as being a reliable partner for our study programs, schools and other departments within the university. We travel the world on a regular base but still stay connected to our team. We are driven, ambitious and hold ourselves and our work to high standards.
